‘s plan for 72 affordable apartments in South Windsor are planning such a large-scale turnout at a hearing July 25 that the town will hold it at the largest room in the community center.

Work will be performed in East Hartford, Conn., (82 percent); South Windsor, Conn., (9 percent); North Berwick, Maine (8 percent); and various locations within the continental U.S. (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2026.
